Age Restriction Clause: Brisel Collage Log is a private daily recording application exclusively designated for adult users. All application functions, including collage uploading, journal editing and data statistics viewing, shall only be accessed by users aged eighteen (18) or older. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering accounts and utilizing any built-in services of this application.
Service Profile: Brisel is a dedicated collage journal recording application. It enables users to upload collage photos, attach customized textual notes to build exclusive daily journals, and view systematic statistical data of collage creation records at any time, helping users sort out and archive personal collage creation memories.
Preface
This Privacy Policy is formulated to clarify the data processing specifications and privacy protection standards implemented by the Brisel operation team. This document elaborates on how we gather, store, utilize, safeguard and dispose user-related information during the provision of collage journal services. All users shall acknowledge that the use of this application represents full comprehension and unconditional acceptance of every clause contained in this policy. If any clause cannot be accepted, users must terminate the use of this application immediately.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1 The “Application” refers to the Brisel collage journal mobile software and all its affiliated functional modules;
1.2 The “User Content” refers to all collage pictures, textual journal content and related descriptive information actively uploaded, edited and released by users;
1.3 The “Statistical Data” refers to the derivative data generated automatically by the system based on users’ collage uploading frequency, creation time and journal recording habits;
1.4 The “Anonymous Data” refers to de-identified device operation logs that cannot be used to locate any individual user’s identity information.
2. Adult Access Specifications
Given the privacy attributes of personal collage journals and relevant industry regulatory requirements, we implement a rigid age access threshold for this application. We do not develop service versions for minors, nor do we intentionally collect any information from users under 18 years of age.
Once our system identifies that the service user is a minor, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to clearing all local and cloud journal data, restricting device access and banning related operation permissions. Any unauthorized use by minors and subsequent legal liabilities shall be borne independently by the actual user.
3. Categories of Collected Information
We abide by the core principle of necessity minimization throughout data processing activities, and only collect information required to support the normal operation of collage journal functions. The collected information is divided into the following three categories:
3.1 User-generated Journal Content: Including collage pictures uploaded by users independently, textual descriptions, creation labels and other personalized journal content. Such content is the private creative data of users and is only used for users’ personal viewing and archiving within the application.
3.2 Collage Creation Statistical Data: Derived from users’ daily creation behaviors, covering total collage records, monthly creation frequency, time distribution of journal updates and other visualized statistical indicators. All data is only displayed to the corresponding user and will not be disclosed to outsiders by default.
3.3 Anonymous Operational Logs: Basic device parameters, application running logs and function usage traces anonymously collected by the system. This type of data is stripped of all personal identification features and only serves for daily technical maintenance and function optimization.
4. Legitimate Purposes for Data Utilization
All collected user information will not be used beyond the scope agreed in this policy. The specific usage scenarios are limited to the following items:
4.1 Realize core functions such as collage picture storage, textual journal editing, permanent content archiving and personalized creation statistics display;
4.2 Diagnose system faults, fix functional bugs and optimize the overall running stability and response speed of the application;
4.3 Analyze anonymous operation data to adjust product functions, optimize journal editing experience and statistical algorithm accuracy;
4.4 Identify abnormal access behaviors to prevent malicious operations and maintain a safe and stable service environment;
4.5 Respond to users’ service consultations, functional suggestions and complaint requests via official email;
4.6 Comply with applicable national laws and regulatory provisions, and cooperate with legal supervision work.
5. Data Storage & Deletion Mechanism
User’s collage pictures and textual journals are stored in encrypted servers with independent data isolation partitions to prevent unauthorized access. Users have full ownership and control over all private journal content.
Users can manually edit or delete any single collage record or journal content at any time. After the user deletes the content, we will synchronously erase the corresponding data in the server cache and formal database without residual backup. Users can also clear all historical creation records in batches through the built-in data reset function of the application.
Anonymous operation logs will be retained for no more than 30 days. The system will automatically clear expired logs to reduce redundant data storage risks.
6. User’s Independent Rights
All adult users of Brisel have the following inherent rights regarding their personal data and creative content:
6.1 Right to Access: Users have the right to check all saved collage journals and exclusive statistical data in real time inside the application;
6.2 Right to Modify & Erase: Users are entitled to revise journal content, replace collage materials and permanently delete unwanted records freely;
6.3 Right to Withdraw Consent: Users may withdraw the authorization of data processing at any time. Once the authorization is withdrawn, we will suspend all data collection behaviors, and partial core functions of the application will be unavailable;
6.4 Right to Petition: If users find any improper data processing behaviors that damage their privacy rights, they have the right to file feedback and complaints through our official email.
7. Data Security Protection Measures
We formulate multi-dimensional security protection strategies for private journal data: end-to-end encryption technology is adopted for content uploading and data transmission; classified access permission control is implemented internally, and only designated technical maintenance personnel can obtain anonymous non-private data.
We regularly conduct security vulnerability detection and system risk assessment to resist external network attacks, data intrusion and other potential safety hazards. Meanwhile, we formulate perfect emergency disposal plans to respond to accidental data leakage risks in a timely manner.
8. Third-Party Information Disclosure Rules
Brisel adheres to the privacy-first service principle. Our collage journal core functions do not access any third-party advertising platforms, data sharing SDKs or external cooperative servers. We will never sell, rent or trade users’ private journal content and statistical data for commercial purposes.
We will only disclose user data when compelled by mandatory legal procedures issued by judicial organs and administrative supervision departments, and the disclosure scope will be strictly limited to the content required by legal procedures.
9. Policy Update Regulations
We reserve the right to adjust and revise the clauses of this privacy policy according to service iteration, technical upgrading and legal policy updates. The revised latest version will be published on the privacy policy page of the application, with the updated date marked conspicuously.
Users’ continued use of the collage journal service after the policy update will be regarded as acceptance of the revised clauses. If users disagree with the updated content, they shall stop using this application immediately.
